It was my goal to actually meet more people this year, and I actually met a whole lot of bunch, good and bad, but still a whole bloody bunch. It got even crazier when I met this bunch of bloggers at this movie meet by miss Pam the sPammer and Tommy

So there we have a group of bloggers watching a movie called Definately, Maybe. After the movie, we all exchanged blog adds and emails. When we were home, that’s when the spamming started. First it started off with picture requests, then it moved on to meeting up at some other events, Nokia IAC @ Zouk and some smaller events which I can’t remember at the moment. Some even complained that the spamming was too unbareable simply because they weren’t using GMail.

I wasn’t on GMail too initially, but after looking at the amount of email replies in a day, all you see is 100s of mails in your inbox in sequential manner. Crazy GMails spammers. Some stopped subscribing to the crazy spam, while some switched to GMail to get more sPam. Ironic.

And to make it worst, there were so many threads (Emails/discussions with different titles) running around, that everyone couldn’t take it. I took the initiative to start the first TKT, Tok Kok Thread.

Nearly every single day there’s at least 30 email replies. Most was reaching 200 replies in ONE DAY.

Occasionally we’ll talk about our personal lives, and the others would cheer and support each other. Even when the day isn’t going to well, some monkey will come up with some joke and everyone else added even more. Addictive it is.

As you can see there’s over 50 threads there. Each thread contains 100 replies. More than 5000 replies already! And when it’s quiet, someone will just shout out the 3 famous words in the thread, WHERE IS EVERYONE?!

If we were to give out ranking to each of us who spammed the most, well it gotta be Joshua the General of Koking, followed by David, Nigel, Hwei Ming and our late night stalkers Pam and Yatz. Then there’s our police, Kel Li, keep bashing us when we spam TKT and Twitter at the same time. Then there’s the occational screemers and flashers Randy, Stanley and Linora. Thomas will occationally be the king of kokking till he has work to do, usually happens at lunch hours. Then there’s me, who sometimes talk weird stuff, and Sheon & Nadia who.. well.. silent reader I guess?

After a while, we know each others way of writing till without looking at the names, we know who tok what kok. As shown in the following picture:

As much as I was down today, these people cheered me up just by tokking kok.
