Youngest Professional Blogger?!
Written on July 29, 2008 by CincauHangus
So I was reading my classmates’ blog when I stumble upon this on his chatbox.
And I was curious, so I clicked. I ended up here. The so called World’s Youngest Professional Blogger…
Firstly some comments of my own.
- BULLSHIT!
- A Professional blogger does not blog on free hosts.
- A professional should be gaining money, therefore able to pay for their own hosting/domain. Must be able to invest into something, and to come back with profits. Do not call yourself as one unless you’re already there.
- A 2 month old blog aims for Alexa Ranking 500k? 300k on the 3rd month?! LOL. At least aim something more achievable/realistic la. Some may see this as a cute thing, but if you’re saying that you’re the World’s Youngest Professional Blogger, please set some viable goals instead.
Of course you can say I’m being harsh or I’m showing off because I have a .com and a few other blogs which has 1000 hits a day and all, but what really turns me off is because of a post, which is, well, illegal.
I usually don’t go after people who writes cracks/hacks and all but after calling himself the World’s Youngest Professional Blogger, I find it very degrading that he posted a hack/crack on his blog. Especially when he’s writing about tips and tricks and some good stuff in it.
Some tips for the 14 year old boy:
- Don’t call yourself a professional blogger. Every Tom’s Dick is Hairy is doing it now.
- Aim for page view to visit ratio of 2 instead of what you’re doing now.
Btw, cracks/hacks gets loads of traffic, I know because I’ve done so in the past. Now I’m just into the grey areas, much more profitable, and legal. Of course, if he were to remove that Windows Vista post in his blog, I’m sure his stats will be kicked in the balls.
